Bidders that require shipping can inform Klondike On-Line Auctions (KOLA) when they receive their invoices, which are emailed after an auction has ended. Shipping requests may take 3-5 days to be processed.
Shipping quotes vary based on your location, weight of items and parcel size. We do not provide quotes before an auction has ended. Our team will email you the cost breakdown when you request shipping after the auction has closed.
Products that are shipped should not exceed the standard size of 18x18x18 inches, with a package weight of less than 60 pounds. If your package is oversized or very fragile we can review other options with you to come up with the best solution.
Our team will bulk pack, weigh and custom quote your parcel. There will be a nominal handling fee charged to cover materials and time of processing your custom quote and order.
We ship most items through Canada Post.
All bidders will have their credit cards charged for their initial invoice purchases. Shipping customers will be billed their original invoice and then separately billed for their shipping/handling fess once their parcel is prepared.
Please note: We only ship to the address that your credit card is registered to, we cannot accept alternate addresses. This detail ensures bidder security and decreases the possibility of online fraud activity.

Payments may be made online within 24hrs after the auction has ended with Visa or Master Card.
Payments may also be made directly at Klondike within 24hrs with Visa / Master card / Interact or Cash.

Klondike On-Line Auction (hereafter referred to as KOLA) will be subject to a 17 % buyer’s premium, applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price.[ 5% GST ]
Auctions will run Thursday to Monday, specific dates will be posted on website. Pick up times are on the following Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid. Bids cannot be retracted.
KOLA reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
KOLA may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at their sole discretion.
When bidding for an item that has quantity greater than 1, if you are successful, you will receive one of the groupings, not necessarily the first lot.
Written and oral descriptions are an opinion and should not be considered a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is." There shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature. KOLA does it’s best to be sure products are in working order before they leave our warehouse.
No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description and no liability shall be borne by KOLA by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales are final.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of the auction. Bidders will receive notification via email of winning lots after the auction has ended.
All purchases must be paid within 24 hours after an auction has closed. Purchasers may pay in person at KOLA warehouse with VISA, MasterCard, Interact or cash or pay online with VISA or MasterCard.
If payment has not been received within 48 hours after the closing of the auction the credit card used to register for bidding will be automatically charged.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pick up their items within 24 hours of closing of the auction. Any items not picked up within 48 hours shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the rate of $ 8.00 per day, which will be at the expense of the purchaser. Any items not picked up after 5 business days will be deemed abandoned and shall be resold to recover the above charges. Purchaser may contact KOLA to make arrangements to hold a purchase in extenuating circumstances.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the above prescribed time, KOLA shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner they see fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by KOLA. The purchaser/bidder hereby indemnifies KOLA against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
KOLA will NOT provide any local delivery or transport of any nature for auction items.
KOLA will offer shipping options; costs of shipping and handling will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If for any reason, KOLA is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of KOLA shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
